What should the client know about our prices?

Our prices are transparent, fair, and based on the scope of work required.

A fee of $100 is charged for a specialist’s visit. This fee includes:

– A specialist’s visit to your location.
– The first hour of work or inspection.
– A professional assessment and detailed cost estimate.

After the first hour, the following rates apply:

$70 per hour for one specialist.
$140 per hour for two specialists.
$50 per hour per specialist for larger teams (more than two people).

For larger or more complex projects, we provide customized cost estimates based on your specific needs.
No hidden fees, unexpected costs, or additional charges. You will always know the cost before work begins.

The fee for the initial specialist visit is refundable if the client agrees to the work and the total cost of the work exceeds $1,000.
